Each year the VSL asks the captains of every team in every division to send us their choice for the most sporting team in their division. This is the team that may have the best referees, the best dinners, the endless full pints, the most honest players or something that sets them apart from all the other teams.
The votes are finally in and below are this season’s Sportsmanship Award winners. If your team is listed send the League Coordinator a photo of your team and we’ll post it online. Congratulations to everyone for playing in the spirit of the league.

Div 1 Scoring Survey Results

The results of the Division 1 survey, that was requested during the VSL AGM, are in. For the 2009/2010 season both Open Division 1 and Women’s Division 1 will use Par 11 (Point A Rally).
Divisions 2 through 8, Open and Women’s, will continue to use HiHo (Hand In, Hand Out) scoring to 9 as mentioned in the previous post.
