2014/2015 Season Prizes

ATTENTION CAPTAINS:
If your team won an event and you have not received an email regarding prizing please contact the league coordinator as soon as possible. All teams are entitled to up to EIGHT (8) units. Additional shirts or jackets can be ordered but will be billed to the team.
NOTE: Orders must be placed, by emailing the league coordinator, on or before May 25th, 2015.
Be sure to include the following:
- Your team name
- Your division
- Your selected style. (*More info below.)
Choose one of the following:
• Mighty Print Custom Dry Fit T-Shirt
• Solid coloured New Balance Dry Fit T-Shirt
• Meru Wind Breaker Jacket - Sizes requested (ie, 4 small / 2 large)
Teams that won EITHER the season OR the playoffs can choose either a Mighty Print Custom Dry Fit T-Shirt or a solid coloured New Balance Dry Fit T-Shirt.
Teams that won BOTH the season AND the playoffs can choose either a Mighty Print Custom Dry Fit T-Shirt or a Meru Wind Breaker Jacket.
In the case of the New Balance Dry Fit T-Shirt and Meru Wind Breaker Jacket, please indicate your colour choice. NOTE: One colour per team.
