Our season starts tomorrow and there still seems to be confusion about which division is playing with which official scoring system. Below is a quick and official reminder of the official scoring systems that will be in place for the 2009/2010 VSL season:
Division One OPEN – PAR 11
Division One WOMEN – PAR 15
Divisions 2 through 8 OPEN and WOMEN – Hand In, Hand Out to 9.
Please note that the above scoring systems will be in effect throughout the season and can only be discussed, changed or debated at the next AGM (date TBD). We hope that you attend the next AGM to voice your opinion and vote on the direction that the league takes in future seasons.

The 2009/2010 squash season is almost upon us and it might be a good idea to get a refresher on the rules of the game that you play. The River Club is hosting a referee clinic on Thursday, September 17, @ 7pm.
